LetsExchange (since March 2021, CryptoLightHouse Ltd, Seychelles) is a non-custodial aggregator routing through about 20 CeFi/DeFi liquidity providers, with 5,000+ assets, fixed and floating rates, a widget and a Telegram bot. No signup or e-mail is required for the standard flow.
Its formal policy is broader than the marketing: the company may initiate KYC at its sole discretion (ID, proof of address, source of funds), exchanges are executed by third-party partners who may request KYC and share personal data for compliance, and partners can suspend or freeze a transaction if verification fails. Reviews note that enforcement appears less aggressive than at some peers, but the clauses exist.
Swap.bz keeps the same no-account entry and a much shorter asset list (100+), with a visible 0.5% fee and an optional Private Swap. Partner AML screening applies here too; Swap.bz does not add a discretionary company-level KYC clause on top of it.
