How it Works
Four steps, any pair — here with Bitcoin to Ethereum as the walkthrough.

Pick the pair
In You send, choose BTC and the amount. In You receive, choose ETH. The live quote fills in. Use Standard (0.5%) for the quoted route, or Private (1%) if you want extra hops. Then continue.

Enter your receive address
Paste the wallet that should receive ETH — the matching network, and a memo/tag only if the quote asks for one. You see the amount before you send.

Enter a refund address
If payout cannot complete, value typically returns here on the same asset and network as the deposit, minus network fees. Use a wallet you control.
4
Send and receive
Send the exact amount to the one-time deposit. After the required confirmations, ETH arrives in the wallet from step 2. Keep the order ID.
