Is Swap.bz up?
If the homepage widget returns a live quote, Standard routing is accepting that pair. If quote creation fails, try again in a minute or use another pair/network — liquidity is provided by partners, not a single in-house book. For a stuck order, open Orders or Support with the order ID.

If a swap is delayed or flagged
Quotes lock an amount and a deposit address for a limited window (usually up to 60 minutes on Exolix-style routes; Bitcoin deposits need more time to confirm). Sending after the window, a different amount, or the wrong network can stall the order.
Liquidity partners may screen deposits. Swap.bz does not ask for an ID to create a quote. A partner can still pause payout if a transfer is flagged. That is not “secret KYC on everyone” and it is not “never any check”. We will not invent a guarantee we cannot keep.
If payout cannot complete, the usual path is a refund to the refund address you entered — on the same asset and network as the deposit, minus network fees. There is no fiat bank refund. Keep the order ID; support cannot guess a missing refund address after the fact.
