ChangeNOW (since 2017) is a non-custodial instant exchange with 1,500+ assets, fixed and floating rates, and an API/widget business. It does not require registration for standard crypto-to-crypto swaps.
Its AML/KYC policy states that users from certain jurisdictions must complete mandatory KYC, and that an automated risk system can put any exchange on hold pending identity verification through Sumsub (ID document, possibly proof of funds). The verification link stays active for 3 days; refusal normally leads to a refund to the source address minus network fees. Third-party reviews (Swapzone) list the EU, US, UK, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Australia and Canada as mandatory-KYC regions, and estimate that under 0.5% of transactions are routed to verification.
Swap.bz has no jurisdiction-based KYC gate and no account. Partner AML screening can still pause a flagged deposit; the difference is that you are never asked to verify before using the service. Fees are a visible 0.5% (Standard) or 1% (Private Swap) rather than embedded in the rate.
