An in-rate fee is a service margin embedded in the displayed exchange rate rather than shown as a separate percentage.

Common among instant exchanges. Not dishonest per se, but it prevents you from knowing what the service costs without checking the mid-price.

Swap.bz shows its 0.5% / 1% as a number; network fees are the only other component.
