Service fee
The service fee is the percentage an exchange keeps for executing the swap, separate from blockchain network fees.
Some services show it explicitly; many fold it into the exchange rate (“in rate”), which makes comparison harder. The only fair test is the final receive amount for the same input at the same time.

The network fee is what the blockchain charges to include a transaction — paid to miners or validators, not to the exchange.
Spread
The spread is the gap between the market mid-price and the rate you are actually offered; it is where hidden fees live.
In-rate fee
An in-rate fee is a service margin embedded in the displayed exchange rate rather than shown as a separate percentage.
