Swap flow
Order window
Also: deposit window · order expiry
The order window is the time you have to send the deposit before the order expires and its address stops being monitored automatically.
Deposits arriving after expiry are usually still recoverable but need support to re-attach them to the order.
On Swap.bz
The order page shows a countdown; if you missed it, open a support request with the order ID and TXID.
