Order ID

The order ID is the reference that identifies your swap; it is all support needs to find and act on it.

Save it before sending the deposit. Non-custodial exchanges have no account history to look you up in.

On Swap.bz

Orders can be looked up by ID or by deposit address on /orders; the Telegram bot keeps them in the chat.

Transaction ID (TXID / hash)

A TXID is the unique hash identifying a transaction on its blockchain; it lets anyone look it up in a block explorer.

Deposit address

The deposit address is the one-time address an exchange generates for your order; sending there starts the swap.
