Fees & rates

Floating rate

A floating-rate swap is executed at the market rate at the moment your deposit is confirmed, so the receive amount can move up or down while you wait.

It is cheaper than a fixed rate because the provider takes no price risk. On fast chains the difference is negligible; on BTC or XMR legs the market can move during confirmations.

On Swap.bz

Swap.bz quotes are live; the rate is locked when the order is created and the deposit arrives within the order window.
