Wrong deposit amount
The quote locks an amount for a limited window. A different sum can stall automatic matching.
Each order expects the amount shown on the deposit screen (sometimes with a small tolerance). Sending less can leave the order incomplete. Sending more does not always create a larger payout — partners may need a manual match, a partial fill, or a refund of the excess minus network fees.
A second deposit “to top up” or “to speed it up” often creates two on-chain payments against one quote. That is harder to reconcile than waiting. Do not invent a new amount unless Support asks.
If the quote expired before your broadcast confirmed, you may have paid an address that is no longer the live order. Open Orders, then Support, with the order ID and both txids if you sent twice.

What to do
- 1.Compare the broadcast amount with the quote before you panic.
- 2.Do not send a second transfer unless Support tells you to.
- 3.Collect order ID, txid, asset, and network.
- 4.Open Support on Telegram. Refunds, if any, go to the refund address on the deposit chain.
Before you send
Network fees you already paid are not refunded as a “service fee rebate”.
A different token (USDC vs USDT) is not a wrong-amount problem — it is a wrong-asset send.
