Refunds on Swap.bz
If payout cannot complete, the usual path is back to the refund address you typed — not a bank transfer.
You enter a refund address when you create the order. It must be valid for the asset and network you send. If the swap cannot pay out, partners typically return value there, minus network fees. There is no fiat (USD/EUR) refund from Swap.bz.
Timing is not a fixed 24-hour promise. It follows the deposit chain, mempool, and the liquidity partner’s process. A flagged deposit can pause. That is not the same as “we always KYC” and not the same as “never any check”.
Support cannot guess a refund address you left blank or pasted on the wrong chain. Keep the order ID. Wrong-network deposits may be unrecoverable even when the refund policy is followed for a correctly credited order.

What to do
- 1.At quote time, paste a refund address you control on the send asset/network.
- 2.Do not use the receive asset’s address as refund unless it is actually the same chain (it almost never is on cross-chain pairs).
- 3.If the order fails or expires, wait for the partner refund or write Support with the ID.
- 4.Check the send-chain explorer for the return transaction.
Before you send
A refund cannot be redirected to a new chain after you sent the deposit.
Missing or invalid refund addresses delay or block automatic returns.
AML screens by partners can delay both payout and refund.
