Receive to an exchange
Allowed when the asset, network and memo match that exchange’s deposit screen. One mismatch can lose the payout.
You can paste an exchange deposit address as the Swap.bz receive field if that platform still accepts the asset on that network. Copy the address and any memo/tag from the current deposit page — not from a tweet or an old screenshot.
Monero is the usual trap: many KYC exchanges delisted XMR. A BTC→XMR swap paid to a closed XMR deposit is not something Swap.bz can redirect to Bitcoin after the fact. Prefer Cake or Feather for XMR.
USDT/USDC on an exchange always names a network. The Swap.bz receive network must be that one. A memo on TON or XRP is a second field — see the memo guide.

What to do
- 1.On the exchange, open Deposit for the exact coin and network.
- 2.Copy address + memo. Confirm they still accept that asset.
- 3.In Swap.bz, select the same receive asset/network and paste both fields.
- 4.If XMR, skip the CEX and use a Monero wallet unless you have verified they accept deposits today.
Before you send
Swap.bz pays the address you paste. A wrong CEX network is not a “bridge”.
Refunds go to the send-side refund address, not to a new CEX account you thought of later.
Support cannot add a memo after payout has already gone out.
