Miner and network fees
The 0.5% Standard fee is the Swap.bz service fee. Each blockchain still charges its own network fee when you send or when payout is broadcast.
On most blockchains, moving coins requires a network fee paid to validators or miners. Bitcoin calls it a miner fee. Ethereum calls it gas. Solana and Tron charge tiny fees by comparison. None of these are the Swap.bz service fee.
Swap.bz charges 0.5% Standard (or 1% Private Swap) on the exchange. That percentage is reflected in the receive amount shown in the quote. Separately, you pay the send-chain fee from your wallet when you deposit, and the receive-chain fee is usually taken from the payout path so the amount you see is what you should expect in your wallet.
A low Bitcoin fee can leave your deposit unconfirmed for a long time. That looks like a “stuck swap” but is often a mempool priority issue. Raise the fee in your wallet (RBF/CPFP if supported) or wait. Fast chains (SOL, TRX, Base) rarely have this problem.

What to do
- 1.Read the live quote: that receive amount already accounts for the Swap.bz service fee.
- 2.In your wallet, set a network fee appropriate for current congestion (especially on Bitcoin).
- 3.Send only the asset and network named in the order.
- 4.If the deposit sits unconfirmed, check an explorer for fee rate — do not double-send.
Before you send
Service fee ≠ miner fee. Both can apply on the same order.
Underpaying Bitcoin fees can delay the first confirmation for hours.
Wrong network is a different failure mode — see the wrong-network guide.
