Expired quotes
A deposit address is for one order and one window. Late or reused sends can miss automatic credit.
Quotes lock a rate and a deposit address for a limited time — often up to about 60 minutes on Exolix-style routes. Bitcoin still needs time to confirm inside or after that window. Sending after expiry, or to an address from a previous order, is a common stall.
If your transaction is unconfirmed in a busy mempool, raising the fee (RBF/CPFP) is a wallet action — Swap.bz cannot accelerate Bitcoin for you. If the window is gone and the deposit later confirms, partners may still credit, requote, or refund. That is case-by-case.
Never reuse a deposit address from a screenshot last week. Create a new quote, new addresses, new refund field.

What to do
- 1.Check the order page countdown or expiry before you broadcast.
- 2.Pay a Bitcoin fee your wallet marks as reasonable if the clock is tight.
- 3.If the order already expired, do not send. Open a new quote.
- 4.If you already sent late, wait for the tx to confirm, then write Support with the ID.
Before you send
A new quote means a new deposit address. Sending to the old one “because it worked yesterday” is how funds go unmatched.
Private Swap windows follow the same idea: one order, one address set.
Refunds of expired unmatched deposits follow the refund address rules on Status.
