UTXO

A UTXO (unspent transaction output) is a discrete chunk of coins on Bitcoin-like chains; a wallet balance is the sum of its UTXOs.

Spending several small UTXOs costs more fee than one large one. Privacy-wise, combining UTXOs links them to one owner.
